please do not keep pushing me to take it or you will be blocked.
please read my T&C'S before asking to be in my waitlist or commissioning me.TERMS AND CONDITIONS :Payment:
Payment is to be upfront in full before any official artwork is started, payment will
be requested once the drawing/concept is decided and agreed upon by both the
artist and client/s.
Payments are non-refundable unless the artist is unable to start/complete
the commission, the artist will give a reason as to why this is (but is not required to do
so).
Refunds are not accepted and even when a highly valid reason is given to warrant
a refund it will only be a partial of 50% or less depending on the work/hours
already spent on the piece as this will be considered payment to the artist for time
spent. If the client attempts to ask for a refund once the piece is finished no
refund will be given as the artwork will be considered complete.
Adoptable pieces are to be paid for in full before the actual file(s) are sent in email
form by the payee.
Rights/Copyright:
Copyright rests solely with the artist. Photographs of portraits are not used for
marketing purposes by the artist or Fine Art Commissions without express
permission.
The only time this differs is when the client pays the extra ownership fee (Price
varies from piece to piece) for ownership of the rights from the artist and to be
able to use said artwork for commercial purposes.
The artist is allowed to post the created artwork on their social media accounts
and to be used in their portfolio but won't ever be used for commercial purposes
and will be noted as a commission from a said client in any descriptions available.
Kumaartsu / Nako / Kuma Merch
Any commercial use of the artist's artwork without consent or rights ownership
will result in DMCA action or higher to remove said artwork from any
displays/websites and to recoup any assets gained from the person in question
using them.
Artwork:
Time spent to create artwork for a client can vary from 3 weeks all the way to
around more than 5 months ( as I've got more projects to work on ) please refrain from harassing the artist about
progress on the piece as this can halt the work process and add unnecessary stress to
the artist, if no updates are given in over a months time please politely contact
the artist at that time to request an update.
When wanting to commission the artist the client is to give as much detail as
possible about the desired design(s). Lengthy written descriptions help for a
mental image with the artist but the client must also provide images and visual
examples for the artist also, the more the better and if you can specify what you
like/wanted from each image for references please do state e.g. “the hair on this
image & the dress type on this image”.
If no images or suitable equivalents are provided for references the artist will
deny your commission request.
The artist at any time will send the client progress shots/wip’s (work in progress’)
to the client so they can assess the work and give any extra information if needed.
Once assumed to be finished the artist will send the client a “final proof” of the
artwork, this is for the client to check for any issues in the artwork and report it to
the artist for them to amend and then resend an updated final proof to the client
again.
Once the final proof is accepted by the client the artist will send the full high
resolution file to the client, after this is sent the artist is finished with the work in
full and no more additions/amendments will be made to the piece as this was
meant to be done during the final proof phase.
